To meet the rising demand for EV cars and their motors, rotors, and stators, Chin Fong invented a high-speed press with smart skills, energy efficacy, precision, and multi-station abilities, aiming to benefit both environmental protection and company operations.

The new design uses multi-point force distribution, an ultra-wide, lightweight, high-rigidity slide, cutting energy loss and raising speed. It upgrades to an IE4 high-efficiency motor and includes optimized oil temperature management for stable precision, meeting intricate shape and material needs.

This lowers motor eddy current losses and boosts electrical efficiency.
