How to choose a press？

  Criteria 1: Punching of backplane outer dimensions above 42 inches (1030x640mm), with potential future punching of 47-inch and 56-inch backplanes.

Criteria 2: Maximum pressing capacity of 250 Tons.

Criteria 3: Flatness requirement for the backplane within 10 lines.

Criteria 4: Press selection needs to be considered in the context of the entire production line.

Chin Fong has established a standard operating procedure (SOP)：

1. A comprehensive TFT production line equipment standard acceptance procedure has been established：
   The TFT production line equipment, including multiple connected punching presses, mechanical arms (threading machines), molds, etc., must be positioned simultaneously and undergo connection testing within a specific period (e.g., 10 days) before the entire production line equipment is accepted.
2. Standard operating procedures for multiple connected positioning and mold height calibration：
   1. The positioning of multiple presses is based on the center of the platform, with presses 1-8 arranged in a straight line with the center of the platform.
   2. Using a "leveling instrument," Chin Fong personnel adjust the height of all press working surfaces to be consistent, and after all 7 presses are in place, adjust the maximum mold height of the machine to be consistent, and check if the mold height indicators are consistent.
   3. Confirm the pitch distance size of the center positioning of each press on-site.
