Eligibility: Anyone meeting the following criteria may register to compete; there are no age or category divisions.

(1) All currently enrolled students at public or private colleges and universities nationwide (including undergraduates, master's students, doctoral candidates, international students, and working adults in vocational education) may freely form teams to participate. Each team must consist of 1–2 members from the same institution; cross-institutional teams are not permitted. Each team must designate one captain and have at least one faculty advisor (full-time or part-time instructor) affiliated with a public or private college or university in Taiwan.

(2) Employees of domestic metal-related companies, firms, and legal entities (e.g., Metal Industry Research & Development Center, Industrial Technology Research Institute, National Chung-Shan Institute of Science and Technology) may form teams to participate. Teams must consist of 1–2 members from the same company or legal entity; cross-entity or cross-company teams are not permitted. Each team must designate one captain. Registration Method, Tasks, and Schedule: This event utilizes online registration exclusively. Participants must complete their registration on the official competition website.
