The KT Series press is a multi-process continuous production and automation machine with integrated automatic control devices, enabling a single operator to manage the production of multiple line products and even achieve unmanned production mode.
In continuous multi-process processing, automated feeding completes the entire sequence, eliminating the need for intermediate handling. With no inventory of semi-finished products, it avoids wasting production space and reduces management complexity.
When adopting automated production methods, the production efficiency can be increased by more than three times compared to single-process operations.
