The HSD series is designed as a high-speed double crankshaft press, suitable for motor laminations and rotor stamping. The press frame, slide, and bed structure are made of high-quality cast iron material. Reinforcement rods and nuts are used to apply preload to ensure excellent frame rigidity during high-precision progressive die stamping.

• To significantly reduce press vibration, the mechanism inside the machine body is perfectly balanced, ensuring the longevity and precision of the press and dies during long-term use.
• A hydraulic die clamping and releasing device can quickly and effectively remove the clamped die, improving press uptime.
